The design concept for Ardesco Villas incorporate the topography of this beautiful hillside location and the natural environment by utilising extensive landscaping around the villas. The result is a fresh, inviting and unique modern residential development which blends with its natural surroundings. Inspired not only by nature but also Turkey’s classical past the plans for the landscaping and layout of Ardesco Villas are laid out in the form of a giant open amphitheatre, where each level follows the curve of the slopes. While from the outside it seems that each villa is on a single level with a white frame, the lower level of each villa appear concealed within the hillside itself. A continuous stone wall runs along the lower level of the villas with large windows offering the only giveaway that there are bedrooms inside.
Ardesco villas in Bodrum comprise of a total of 24 detached villas each with a multi layered garden system where each level of the villa opens out to its own landscaped garden.
